With a public relations career spanning more two decades, Nichole's sole focus and passion has been promoting and supporting the global hospitality and tourism industries. From airlines - both public and private - to tourism boards, resorts and hotel companies, she has guided some of the world's most well-known, and well-respected hospitality brands, to solidify their inclusion in the global conversation.  

Her true passion, however, lies in being a storyteller and voice for the singular, the unique, and the authentic. Whether it is a niche travel brand, an independent hotel, or an off-the-beaten path experience maker,  Nichole believes immersive travel through local culture, customs, art, music, food, traditions, history and people is quite possibly the best education one can have.  

Prior to creating NDB PR, Nichole co-founded, and was a partner at D&D PR, for eight years. Before that, she held the post of Director, Global Public Relations for Preferred Hotel Group.  And way before all of that, Nichole spent many years at a few great NYC agencies where she learned to hone her craft from some fantastically talented PR Pros.
